Flavour is good and makes excellent roasts, but BEWARE:

It doesn't seem to come in the units listed in the "Unit info". Ours came in a 15lb piece and a 62lb piece. I was prepared to butcher the smaller "7lb" advertised pieces myself, but the 62lb. "monster" was A LOT to handle. I wouldn't have gotten it had I known it was going to be packaged that way instead of the 7/7lb as stated in the description. After thawing and several hours with a meat axe you can cut it up but it takes a lot of work. Unless you have access to a meat/food band saw or a large stone-top table, a meat axe and a lot of frustration to get out, order one of the other packagings.
