Good quality, so convenient in the one pound pkg and the box is very flat so it stackes up neatly in the freezer

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. The meat came sealed in two separate one-pound packages and the quality was much better than I thought. The meat was relatively lean and the color was very good once defrosted. I have ordered this a few times and will continue to do so.

The beef is good quality but the packaging is horrible and inconvenient. The beef comes sealed in separate one pound sausage-like tubes. The ends have metal so you can't defrost them in the microwave and if the item is kept in the freezer it is too frozen to cut the metal off. Very difficult to work with and I would not recommend this item.
